“Came out the day before Christmas eve and diagnosed my furnace from top to bottom. The unit is roughly 24 years and have been needing to be replaced for some time. The repairs that needed to be made were explained to us and we realized that it would be better to replace than put out more money for repairs. Tony sat down and went through all our options and was very detailed and was conscious of our budget. We decided on a complete system within our price range. What amazed me was the time he spent going over all the details and that he would have it in before xmas eve which was amazing.

“Air conditioner was not cooling the house properly and Tony from Instant Air came to fix it.

I had a membership with Instant Air and so service was free. Tony came out and evaluated things and replaced a part but that did not fix it so he came out again and looked over everything very very careful and found a kink in the duct and replaced that part and now the air conditioner works perfectly. Tony stuck with it until the problem was fixed and assured me he would not stop until he found and fixed the problem. He was true to his word. Hurray Tony!”

“The Technician was called out to undertake a winter furnace check and to complete installation of two WIFI units from Honeywell. The Homeowner had partially completed installation of one of the Honeywell WIFI units and became stumped due to a lack of power to the thermostat from the Furnace/AC Control Unit. Even though all instructions were followed the Thermostat would not power up. The Technician systematically troubleshot the situation and determined that a previous control wire splice between two furnaces in the attic, had rendered power for the new thermostat control to be impossible.

Once this was determined, the Technician corrected the problem, allowing for power to be available to both Thermostat Controls. Once that was completed, he expertly finished installation of both of the Honeywell WIFI enabled units. While completing this work, the Technician discovered a faulty connection at one of the AC Units, which could have caused subsequent problems. He corrected this fault at no additional charge.

This service call was a complete success and as such deserves an “A” Rating across the board. I would recommend them without qualification and will use them again in the future.”

“While my husband was trimming weeds around our central air conditioner on Monday June 1, 2015. he accidentally snipped a wire. Of course this happened late in the day when the sun was not so hot, around 6:00 p.m. So I called Instant Air hoping someone could come and take a look at it so late in the evening and was so happy they were able to. Before they arrive my son and husband were able to fix the cut wire but the air conditioner still would not run. The technician Tony arrived around 8:30 p.m. and went straight to work. He was very kind and courteous. He went into our attic and reset the furnace, rechecked the wiring to the central air unit. Was at our home for less 30 min. “GREAT EXPERIENCE! I have 2 young daughters, my youngest is only 8 months old. Our AC went out and before we knew it, it was 100° inside our house at 1:00 AM!
